Our Web Project Manager will visit your organisation to assess your web requirements and advise on solutions available. The Project Manager will draw up a project plan including scope of work, budget, timelines.

We will organise your domain reservation and hosting if applicable. Alternatively, your existing domain and hosting can be transferred to our hosting service. This is important when programming or application development are a requirement.

Upon your approval of the project plan, we will proceed with the design phase. Our designers will create the bespoke graphical design for your website. We will also create a structural design for the site.

Once sign-off on the navigation and design is received, we will create the site and populate the content as provided by your organisation. Any forms, scripts or interactive functions will also be included at this point. If a full web application or database system is required, our programmers will develop this during this phase of the project.

A full preview of the website is presented to you for approval from one of our test servers. Any modifications or suggestions to be finalised in this phase.

Once approval is received, the website is implemented on your web server. Meta data is then added to the site. A comprehensive test of the functionality and integrity of the site is performed.

When we receive final sign-off, we close the project and forward a copy of the website to you on CD as a snapshot backup. If applicable, we can then assist you with your site promotion strategy.
